The show must go on...

The global pandemic has understandably impacted our production services, particularly where filming on location would be required. Since the UK went into lockdown many projects that involved face-to-face contact have been placed on hold. Instead we have been busy working on other forms of content production such as animation, content re-purposing and helping clients produce more polished user generated content.

As the country starts to find its way out of the lockdown and establish a foundation on which to build the new 'business as usual', we have been working hard to adapt and continue to offer high quality engaging video content, whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff. This has included;

- Implementing a new health & safety policy and updating our risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) when planning shoots that involve working with others.

- Investing in additional equipment that allows us to operate with less people on a shoot, and with remote control features that enable even greater distances between crew and client when filming.

- Adding additional services that enable our clients to deliver conferences and seminars 'behind closed doors', by delivering high quality live streams direct to platforms such as Zoom, Vimeo Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live etc, including interactive elements such as polls, Q&A's and audience participation.

- Further enhancing our own internal IT systems and servers to allow more cloud-based post production, so our teams can work remotely whilst benefiting from the investment in the infrastructure we have made over the last 24 months.

There is no doubt that the impact of COVID-19 will be with us for years to come; and some industries closest to our hearts are going to need a Herculean effort and support to recover, and we are there for them (looking at you, our travel and tourism family!).

Be mindful. Be grateful. Be positive. Stay Safe (and alert!), and in the words of Dave Grohl, it's times like these you learn to live again. We can't wait to get out there filming once more with all our wonderful clients, remember; The show must, and will go on.
