We were honoured to be invited to speak by Brightcove this week at BAFTA; presenting on our experience developing video apps for Amazon Fire TV and Android TV platforms to a packed room of industry experts, media and marketing guru’s from some household brands and businesses.
When it comes to video content consumption, we want to watch what we want, where we want and when we want. But this isn’t just related to mobile devices; we still love watching content in the comfort of our own homes on our nice big TV’s. Our presentation covered the key areas of planning a mobile and TV app strategy, looking at the various platforms and app stores for distribution, and the monetisation opportunities that arise from delivering content to the big screen OTT.
It was great to have the opportunity to network afterwards, and we look forward to sharing our Amazon Fire TV app work projects over the coming months!
