Duration

Video duration is limited to 60 seconds for Instagram and 10 seconds for Instagram stories so get your message across clearly as soon as possible – less really is more!

Audio

Videos play with sound turned off by default, so make sure you content and message is clear without audio. This means clever use of titles and captions! (Read our post on captions here)

Chose an engaging thumbnail to encourage engagement and play rate
